Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy: To secure your appointment at Leegerem, we kindly ask for a valid credit card to hold your booking. Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment to ensure you receive the full service. If you need to make any changes to your booking, we ask that you follow our cancellation policy outlined below. Cancellation Policy: We understand that sometimes plans change, but we ask for your cooperation with the following cancellation policy: Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the appointment: No charge. You may reschedule without any penalty. For for classes the deposit will be hold to cover the space that was ocupied, if the student cancel 2 days prior to event. After the 2 days the full amount will be charge. Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment or same-day cancellations: You will be charged in full, or for one session of your package or you will be charge to your gift card or Groupon will be applied to your account. This policy ensures that we can manage our schedule and continue to provide high-quality services to all of our clients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. In case of classes if the card in the system comes back decline or you decide to cancel the transaction with your bank you will be responsable for the total lost of the class, the lawyer and days lost by the staff that will be attending the court meeting plus the mental damages that this stressfull situation may affect the staff involved. Classes are not resheduble without owner agreetment. And it will be consider case by case.
